As Director of the Design Department, my responsibilities are to manage client relationships, help uncover brand strategy, and ensure creative standards are being met. Sometimes I say “my job is email” because it’s amazing how often any design challenge comes down to proper communication.
Creative direction and brand strategy for 100+ hospitality concepts, ensuring alignment with market trends and guest expectations.
Managed and mentored a team of 2 designers; collaborated cross-functionally with marketing and operations teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences.
Served as primary client contact for design engagements; translated complex brand strategy into actionable, high-impact creative.
Improved internal creative workflow and communication processes, increasing on-time project delivery by streamlining cross-departmental collaboration.
Jackman Reinvents
Senior Designer — Business and retail reinvention, brand and strategy.
August 2016 to September 2018
Collaborated with strategy and consulting teams to reinvent legacy brands, crafting fresh narratives and visual systems for clients including Neiman Marcus, Flow Water, and Caesars Entertainment.
Developed brand storytelling frameworks and pitch presentations for high-value clients across CPG, retail, and restaurant verticals.
Produced end-to-end design work across brand identity, packaging, digital, and environmental touchpoints.
Acted as design lead for select projects, driving concept development and execution in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.

Lead designer on multiple Honda Canada campaigns—concepted and executed brand-consistent creative across national advertising, retail, and digital channels.
Collaborated closely with art directors and copywriters to deliver integrated campaigns for RBC, DARE, and YUM! Brands.
Designed experiential and print collateral for non-profit clients such as the Terry Fox Foundation, maintaining brand sensitivity while driving emotional engagement.
